Return Policy

Thank you for using escalonsboutique.com. While humbly appreciating all orders and designing this business to work for our customers as seamlessly as possible we understand that life happens and things such as the examples below may happen as well. With everyone in mind we have set a policy in place both to help you with any issues and maintain our business as well.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at escalonsboutique@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
If you receive a damaged item please understand this is NOT our intention and we do not want that to happen to anyone ever! Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send a picture of the damaged item to our email at: escalonsboutique@gmail.com and we will have you return the item so that we can resend you the same item undamaged (30 day policy applies) . 
If an item is lost in transition and never reached your home or address than you would need to set up a ticket with the mail carrier to locate your item first and get it to you, if the carrier deems the item lost/stolen please contact us with the ticket number and we will work toward a solution to get you the merchandise you purchased asap.
If item/package was left at your address door and was stolen we cannot refund/replace that item, please use tracking information to ensure that someone is home to collect the package when it is delivered.
If item was sent to the wrong address due to you entering in the wrong address you will need to get with the shipping carrier to have the delivery place changed, if the item has already shipped and is no longer in a place where it can be canceled before shipment or have them allow you to pick it up at their nearest office. If the order was freshly done and has not yet been shipped please email us asap so that we can get the order canceled and have you replace the order with the correct address.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you need to make an exchange for a different size, color, or item you may do so within the first 30 days of receiving the item. (30 days from the item being delivered per tracking) Please take a look at the sizing chart and take proper measurements to ensure that you get the right size the first time, some items come from different countries, so we have listed the proper sizing charts on our website to ensure that you have the info you need to get the right size, the first time. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you have any questions at all before purchase please contact us through email at escalonsboutique@gmail.com, we will get with you as soon as possible or within 24 hours of receiving the email.

Refunds
Returns for full refund should be made within the first 30 days of the item being received/delivered. Anything initiated after the 30 days will not be refundable. However please contact us by email so that we can work toward a solution to the issue that you are having. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
We cannot grant refunds due to customers forgetting to return items, unable due to life circumstances, or if the item cannot be returned at all. However we can work with you to come up with a solution to the issue you are having, simply email us.
We want to ensure customer satisfaction, plus when you look good you feel good and vice versa!
